Hoy recibi de parte de un amigo yanqui, que se radico en mendoza:

I think you will find this as hard to believe as I did. This morning I went to customs to get a package of books from the USA and they told me that any future shipments of ANYTHING will be taxed at a rate of 50% of declared value in dollars!!!!!!!!!! Another reason why Brazil and Chile are leaving Argentina far behind in international investment. I do not know if this applies to everyone or only to foreigners. I should not be shocked with all the experiences I have had but I thought that at some point the stupidity would end. Apparently when it comes to ridiculous governance there are no limits. It seems no one can figure out that one of the major reasons Chile and Brazil are so far ahead of Argentina is that they make it easy and comfortable for foreign investment. Oh well,maybe your great grandchildren will be able to live in rational country.
